At Nature's Embrace Soap Company all purchased bar soaps are final sale. Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. It's important that all products sold are up to health regulations and sanitation standards, therefore we cannot resell an item when it has been returned. We do not accept returned items for monetary refunds or process exchanges.
