Peppermint

Peppermint oil has numerous uses for nurturing and restoring our health and well being. Diffuse to clean air of bacteria and to remove odors. Diffuse or inhale for an uplifting, renewing effect. And one of our favorite uses: Place about 4-5 drops on a damp washcloth and place on head and neck area to decrease muscle tension and relieve tension headaches.

Peppermint oil also eases breathing when you are stuffed up from either a head cold or allergies.
